Churchill House 4 is a ground-floor cottage arranged on a single level, which means no stairs to navigate once you've parked. The sitting room runs across three aspects and catches both sunrise and sunset, with enough space for the whole group to spread out. The kitchen connects directly to the dining room and has what you need to cook properly—oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine—rather than a token setup. Everything from Wi-Fi to bed linen is included, and the heating and electricity are covered too.

Three bedrooms sleep six: one kingsize and two pairs of singles. There's one bathroom with a bath and shower. Outside, a sitting area with garden furniture overlooks the garden, and you have parking for one car on site. The cottage is yards from Salcombe town centre and the water's edge, making it practical for exploring the coast or staying put for a few days. No smoking inside.
