The flat occupies the first floor of a period building, with its own entrance and private parking for one car on site.

Inside, an open-plan living and dining room runs the length of the property, with a picture window framing views across Courtney Park towards the water. A door opens onto a decked balcony furnished with a dining table and chairs—the real draw of the place, with an unbroken view of the estuary. The kitchen has an electric cooker, dishwasher and fridge-freezer for self-catering. Bedroom one has a kingsize bed; the second has two single beds. The bathroom includes a bath with shower, and there's a separate toilet. A utility room houses the washer-dryer. Essentials like electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wifi are provided. One dog is welcome. Smoking is not permitted.

It's a three-minute walk to Fore Street, and Salcombe Yacht Club is nearby. Arrive after 4pm; depart by 10am.
