Fern View

Fern View sits in Diptford, a village in South Hams where the River Avon runs through countryside designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The cottage sleeps four across two bedrooms—a king and a twin—with one bathroom. One dog is welcome to stay.

The layout centres on a dining room with a high ceiling and large table that opens to a modern kitchen equipped for proper cooking. The living room is separate for quieter evenings. Upstairs are the two bedrooms; downstairs, a cloakroom and entrance hallway. Outside, a private garden has furniture and a barbecue. The village church dates from 1226 and stands opposite the front door. The coast lies within a mile, making this a natural base for walking or a quieter break away from busier resorts. No smoking indoors.
