The Coach House

The Coach House is a detached property sleeping six near Totnes, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The ground floor contains a living room with woodburner and smart TV, a second sitting room without television, and a kitchen/dining space where you can cook proper meals—there's an electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher and American fridge freezer. Bi-fold doors from both the kitchen and living room open onto patio areas where you can eat outside. A separate toilet on this level is useful when the bathroom upstairs is occupied.

Upstairs, the main bedroom has a super kingsize bed and ensuite shower; the second bedroom has a kingsize; the third is a double. The family bathroom includes a bath with shower over it. Bed linen, towels, wi-fi and electricity are included. The property sits on its own grounds with parking for three cars on site, though a stream runs between the house and the parking area. Heating is electric central. No smoking is permitted inside.
