Marley Cottage

Marley Cottage is a four-bedroom, four-bathroom property in Rattery, near South Brent, sleeping eight across two storeys. The ground floor contains a living room with smart TV and a kitchen/dining space fitted with a full range of appliances—electric cooker, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine—so you can cook properly if you want to. Upstairs are four bedrooms: one with a king bed and ensuite, three doubles, plus two further shower rooms. The cottage has underfloor electric heating throughout the main living areas, and an enclosed back garden. Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included; parking for eight cars is on site.

The location makes this cottage work for outdoor holidays. Dartmoor National Park is a short drive away, offering moorland walks, woodland trails and river spots. The South Devon coastline and its beaches are similarly accessible. Closer to hand, Rattery itself is a quiet village; the Church House Inn serves food and local ale if you want to eat out without going far. Totnes, a market town with galleries, antique shops and cafés, is within reasonable reach. The cottage does not permit smoking.
