The Beach Retreat

The Beach Retreat is a stone-built cottage offering straightforward coastal living. On the ground floor, a sitting room with an open fire and smart TV opens onto a kitchen with electric oven, hob, dishwasher and washing machine—enough to cook properly or keep things simple. There's also a shower room here. Upstairs are three bedrooms: two with double beds and one with three singles, alongside a main bathroom with bath and shower. Electricity, bed linen and towels are included.

Outside, a small enclosed front garden provides a quiet spot to sit, while the back garden is laid to lawn with furniture and a barbecue for gathering. The garden does slope steeply at the back, so children need supervising. Kingston sits within a mile of the coast, with golden beaches and coves nearby, plus sections of the South West Coast Path on the doorstep for longer walks. The cottage takes up to seven people and is yours alone. No smoking inside, please.
