My wife & I stayed here for 7 nights on our recent holiday to Jersey. The Hotel itself is great old building with loads of character. The rooms were spotless and clean, comfy beds and with a great view from our window. There was no air-conditioning but the fan in our room did job. The food was excellent all round especially breakfast which I just couldn't fault. I myself am gluten free but had absolutely no trouble eating as the menus were filled with Gluten Free Options. Even the bar had GF Stella Artois in bottles, happy days. The staff were just great and couldn't do enough for you. I'd highly recommend staying here as its a great base for discovering the Island Of Jersey 👍.

This hotel was excellent! Super friendly professional staff that treated guests with 5 stars. They are helpful, friendly & always would respond & support. Excellent generous breakfast ( brilliant value for money) with super responsive staff, very well organised, calm atmosphere, which was soo relaxing every morning. Enjoyed the bar food and drinks too. Rooms very clean and beds comfy. Room led onto a terrace area with sunbeds. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great location in Saint Helier. Lovely clean spacious hotel. Tasty breakfast. But it was the fantastic staff in the bar and all the hotel, that made our stay so special. Definitely recommend and will be back one day. Thank you Best Western Royal Hotel.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. I would not hesitate in staying there again.
