Had a great stay at the Ommaroo this week, my room was clean, staff were very helpful and friendly, and breakfast was decent. The hotel is in a great location by the sea, a short walk from the town centre, with decent restaurants and a pub nearby.

We have returned from a week's stay at the Ommaroo Hotel and we're impressed with every aspect of this hotel. The room was a good size, very clean and spotless. The staff were very attentive, helping in anyway they could. Breakfast was excellent with both English and Continental choices. All the staff were exceptional, but special mention for Tracey who was amazing. The position of the hotel overlooking the sea was lovely, and only a short walk from the town centre. The only disappointment was the weather which wasn't brilliant.

We enjoyed a perfect two night stay here for our honeymoon and the staff have gone above and beyond with making us feel relaxed and happy. The hotel is situated right on the beach front with a beautiful image of the sea and Victorian swimming baths just In front, although situated on a road I'd still highly recommend a sea view room, like our room that came with a balcony. Due to it being Christmas, there was a lot of Christmas parties for the magnificent sea food buffet/carvery yet the staff still managed to get us booked on for a last minute table on the second night and I can say without doubt the food was astonishing along with the staff keeping the evening running. I can't give you particular names because honestly every member of staff stood out throughout the whole stay and this would just be a big list. Our room was very very well sized, and we were allowed to enjoy a bottle of prosecco on the balcony overlooking the sea. And the walk to the main st helier town is just a short 10 minutes away yet the main reception can book hotels, hires or other tours and activities if you plan with them the day before which sadly we are not that organised. Never the less this stay was amazing and will hold a place in our hearts as we hope to visit her again and again. Thank you to all the staff at the ommaroo hotel for your amazing hospitality, it has brought a great end to our wedding week. 😊❤️
