What visitors say
I booked tickets online for my child to play here (aged 6). We arrived into their busy car park 5 minutes early, however we were extremely disappointed because the queue was so big, and my son lost his play time due to the wait (it was a Saturday so it was super busy). The venue is very big, and there's plenty for a child to do and enjoy. The music is loud, as are the announcements that are made (coloured wrist bands to tell you when your time is up). The cafe area wasn't very clean. The tables and chairs were wobbly, and due to how busy the venue was, it was difficult to get a table to sit and watch. The toilets weren't very clean and the staff pottering around don't appear very approachable. I don't believe we got value for money. And I wouldn't visit here again. The same place at Hartlepool is much better even though its smaller. Booking online is pointless when you are made to queue for in excess of 10 minutes. Arrive in plenty of time would be my advice.

Really disappointing experience at Jump 360 during a toddler session. We attended with our one-year-old daughter, who can walk but cannot bounce independently yet. The session is advertised for toddlers with the only requirement being that they can walk, so naturally we stood with her to help and supervise. A staff member approached me in a very abrupt and rude manner and told us we were not allowed to stand on the trampoline to help her jump. I genuinely don’t understand why it would be advertised as suitable for one-year-olds if parents aren’t allowed to help them bounce. He later approached my 14-year-old sister in the same way when my partner and I had turned away. I’ve since checked the terms and cannot find any rule saying parents cannot assist their toddler. We paid £49 and the experience was completely ruined. EDIT: Since jump 360 wanna try defend themselves, it was not double bouncing, it was BARLEY bouncing. My daughter can’t bounce, she’s one. We were stood with her, bring her up and down to ACT like she was bouncing. Also the man approached a MINOR in a very disturbing way. I don’t know how a company can defend something like that. Absolutely disgusting. I didn’t get a response to my complaint either, NOTHING was discussed just a refund which is appalling. Why advertise a kids session if you CAN NOT hold your one year old and bring them up and down so they can bounce too???? Customer service was disgusting, my complaint wasn’t dealt with, i was just given a refund to go away. Staff speak to MINORS when they are alone in disturbing away. AVOID THIS PLACE !!!!!!

Visited today as always i enjoyed coming great range of activities but the staff spoke very loud so loud i could not hear what they were saying on the announcentments and during the saftey brief and also when i went down the new slides today i got friction burns on my elbows but overall i enjoyed going ✨️idea for jump 360 Maybe on certain hours of the days there could be a hide and seek sessions were the lights are off and seekers have to find hiders and for safety dimmed lights in areas and staff with lights could mabye quite fun?

My 9 year old boy was here with his friends yesterday for a birthday party. He had airtime socks on, they made him get off and wouldn’t let him back on, they actually had other kids looking for him to get him off. Absolutely pathetic behaviour from this company. We (his parents) wernt there, he was so embarrassed and he’s a little anxious as it is. All this over a pair of socks 🤦♂️ The staff should be ashamed of themselves.
