We had a wonderful experience today, there's really nothing I can fault about the place. There's ramps, a lift that does not require a key or assistance, and staff were kind enough to let me put my rollator to the side. Very accessible. There's lots of variety in glaze colour, tools, and pottery types to paint. Staff were lovely, the place was lovely, food was lovely. The staff are happy to answer questions and give you advice on what to do, and once you're off you've got the whole two hour slot to paint and decorate. We will most definitely be back, and be recommending to friends. That said, it's very family friendly so if you prefer a quieter setting you may want to book for a weekday when kids are more likely to be at school. Here's the plate I made, can't wait to see it glazed and fired! 🌛✨🦋

We came as a family to celebrate our wedding anniversary (the traditional gift is pottery for 9th anniversary). It was a great gift idea and we really enjoyed the 2 hours spent creating. The items seem expensive at first, but when you factor in the costs to fire up your pottery and use of paints etc, its quite a reasonably priced family activity. I was really impressed at the access facilities. The premises are upstairs, but there is a lift available for customers and an accessible toilet. Lowered counters are a great addition too. We will be back.

I took my 6 month old puppy Winnie to get a paw imprint done and the service was fantastic from start to finish! Beth was wonderful with Winnie and managed to get the most amazing imprint, I cannot wait to go and collect it when it’s finished, thank you so much. 🐾 🐶💖🙌

We have used the services from this company before, and found it to be ok. However today was night and day, I arrived to pick up an item we had created there, after following the guidelines from the members of staff, our product was at best a disaster. When arriving at the venue, I was a little early, I called to ask if they could open the door, as I was outside with my daughter who is 7 months old and it was a little chilly, again I asked if she could perhaps let me wait inside until they opened, I was asked to wait a minute but nothing happened, I called back again but nobody answered the call this time, so after waiting ten minutes, for them to open the door, I went upstairs to collect our item, I asked if there was a problem with me waiting inside as it was cold, however they said they tried to call me back.......hmmmmm. I took my item and began to leave, at which point a very confrontational girl started muttering, i returned to the room and asked her to repeat herself, she said "we don't open until ten o'clock", my response was simple, i understand you have opening times, however read the room, you have customers standing outside in the cold with babies, again perhaps read the room, I informed them, I feel their service was awful and would not be returning, i was informed they didn't want me back, clearly not a great customer experience. Words of advice, don't arrive early or expect good service despite previously being late to collect an item and was informed it's okay pop in any time we are open till 5pm. Today the message was very different in that there is a booking system in place. Attached is a circa £25 bauble presented to us after following the advice of these 'professional' people stating that black will show over the dark blue once glazed. Will never return
