My daughter and her friends attend the Monday night ladies’ session every week, and they absolutely love it. All of the staff are attentive, friendly, and fantastic with customers. A special mention goes to the young blonde member of staff (I’m sorry I don’t know her name) but she has long blonde hair and sometimes brings her own skates. We have also seen her working the climbing upstairs. She has built such a lovely bond with my children, and they always look forward to seeing if she is working each week. She remembers which penguin skating aids they prefer and even tries to save their favourite named ones for them. This means a lot, especially for my autistic child, who can be very particular about these things. She always takes the time to encourage the children, and on one occasion even put on her skates and came onto the ice to help them. Her kindness, patience, and enthusiasm really stand out and make a big difference to their experience. All of the girls who work at the ice rink are wonderful, and their friendly, supportive attitude creates such a welcoming environment. Thank you all for making the sessions so enjoyable for the children each week.

I have used twice now through Teesactive for the sauna and steam rooms. Lovely, tidy, modern and clean building. Easy to book a session online. Car park is your first left as you turn in, before you hit B&M and aldi etc (limited parking time in them car parks). Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Will keep returning, especially to try the other range of facilities that they offer. Loved it.
