What visitors say
Trip down memory lane. Great to visit. There had been so much rain part of the grounds weren't accessible but it didn't stop our enjoyment. Beautiful views, play park in the woods, shop and lovely coffee and tray bakes.

Lovely reserve... there's so much of interest here, whether you're watching waders on the lough at low tide or are bringing a family to play on the zip wire! Two great hides plus hide screens. So many interesting buildings and details to discover. They've also done a great job of interpretation of the site history. Fabulous cafe.

We had my son’s 5th birthday party at castle espie and highly recommend them. Staff were very accommodating. Duckling hunt and nest building perfect level for this age group and Megan had the whole group engaged and enjoying themselves. Kids were able to run about the playpark and have a picnic after, whole thing felt very easy and stress free.

Wonderful place, and so encouraging that the wetlands are supported so well. The indoor play area and shop are really nicely curated. Will definitely be back when the migrating birds are visiting!
