Finch Cottage is a detached property in the conservation village of Farnborough, on the edge of the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It sleeps three across two bedrooms—a king and a three-quarter double—with one bathroom that has both a bath and separate shower. The whole place is yours alone.
Downstairs is an open-plan kitchen, dining and living space centred on a wood burner, with bi-fold doors opening onto a courtyard patio and garden furniture. The kitchen is equipped for proper cooking, with an electric hob, combi oven, dishwasher and washer-dryer. There's a 32-inch Smart TV for streaming, and you have wi-fi throughout. Heating is via an air source system with underfloor heating on the ground floor. Bed linen, towels and logs are included, and there's private parking for one car plus an electric charging point on site.
The village itself has a working butchers van on Saturdays, and Farnborough Hall—a National Trust property—opens seasonally. Walk to Burton Dassett Hills, about three miles away, or drive to Banbury's market and independent shops, or further into the Cotswolds and Warwickshire beyond. No smoking inside the cottage.

Beautiful cottage in a lovely little village. We had an extremely comfortable stay and loved all of the thoughtful touches. Would 100% recommend and will very likely be back.

Absolutely beautiful cottage. The owners John and Jill have thought of everything to make your stay extremely comfortable, they have even installed an electric socket point for guests with electric cars. The attention to detail is outstanding. Feel really privileged to be one of the first to stay here and sample the delights of the cottage. The pub next door - The Kitchen is a real delight, with really friendly staff and wonderful food. Farnborough and the surrounding areas are stunning with plenty of places to walk/cycle and drive. Thank you John and Jill for our stay.
