Beachcombers Retreat is a three-bedroom house in Langer Park, East Suffolk, a short walk from the beach. The property sleeps six across three bedrooms: a double, another double, and a zip-and-link room that converts between two singles and a double. Two bathrooms serve the house—one en-suite with bath and shower, the other a ground-floor shower room. All the essentials are covered: electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wifi are included, along with fuel for the open fire.

The ground floor holds a living room with a wood-burning stove, a dining room, and a kitchen equipped for proper cooking—electric range, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer are all there. A utility room has a washing machine. The master bedroom opens onto a balcony overlooking the sea. Outside, an enclosed rear garden with courtyard and patio offers space to sit; there's a gas barbecue for cooking outdoors, and on-road parking in front. One dog stays free. The property is non-smoking, and there is a small pond in the garden. Check-in is after 4pm, checkout before 10am.
