About Nicholaston Farm Camping and Caravan Park
Nicholaston Farm is a long-established, family-run site set in rolling farmland on the southern side of Gower, close to the sweep of sand at Oxwich Bay. The pitches sit across gently sloping fields with views towards the bay and surrounding woodland, and the working farm setting gives it a quieter, more rural feel than sites closer to Swansea itself.
The site caters for tents, touring caravans and motorhomes, with electric hook-up available and modern shower and toilet facilities maintained to a good standard for a farm site. A small shop on site sells basic supplies and, in season, produce from the farm, and the owners are known for a hands-on, personal approach to running the park that regular visitors return for year after year.
A private path leads from the site down through woodland to Oxwich Bay and its beach, avoiding the need to drive and find parking in peak season, and the National Nature Reserve at Oxwich, with its dunes, marsh and birdlife, is right on the doorstep. Dogs are welcome, and the site's position makes it a good base for exploring both the southern Gower villages and the wider coast path without having to move the car every day.
