Lily Vale Cottage

Lily Vale Cottage is a detached house in the village centre of Pontarddulais, where a shop, pub and restaurant sit just 200 yards away. The Gower Peninsula—Britain's first Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty—lies 10 miles south, offering beaches, clifftop paths and coves. Northward, the Brecon Beacons and Black Mountains reward walkers with open moorland and views. Between them runs the Vale of Neath, known for its waterfalls, while Afan Forest Park has five mountain-biking trails nearby. The Brecon Showcaves, Aberglasney Gardens and Folly Farm are within reasonable driving distance, as are the market town of Llandeilo's restaurants and galleries, Swansea's seafront and shops, and Cardiff city centre.

Inside, Lily Vale sleeps three across two bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with a single and a child's pull-out. A shower room serves the upstairs. Ground floor holds an open-plan living and dining space with a gas fire and French doors onto the garden, plus a kitchen with electric oven and gas hob. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included. The enclosed garden has a patio and furniture; parking for two cars is on site. The property is non-smoking. There is an unfenced pond in the garden.
