Like most other users, I was there for the motorbike course. Locals very welcoming and friendly. Service was very friendly and rooms were really clean and presentable. Definitely a good choice for that course or if it's on your way as an overnight. Would recommend

Great staff, new rooms in the annexe outside are very well done, reasonably priced, breakfast served quickly with decent choice. The staff were very nice and courteous. Only thing is the car park is small and people park in it when visiting the pub, I parked somewhere else both times, waited for someone to leave and then moved my vehicle so it was in the car park for the night. There is separate motorbike parking where they can’t get bashed by cars due to bollards where cars can’t enter. I’d stay there again even though the parking is a bit too small.

My super, friendly, entertaining local! Great atmosphere for all. Entertainment for all, including family events throughout the year. Cozy, quirky, rustic decor...you'll love it if your a 'biker, for sure! Great service from staff and good food. Accommodation available, as it is a "hotel" too. Proud to be a regular and call this my local!
