Perched on a hill overlooking the Swansea Valley, this adults-only log cabin makes an ideal base for exploring the Brecon Beacons or the Gower Peninsula's coastline. The peaceful setting delivers spectacular views, particularly at sunset from the spacious decking, yet you're only five minutes' drive from Pontardawe village with its shops, pubs and well-maintained public pool. A canalside path and the River Tawe offer gentle walks or cycling right from the doorstep.
Inside, the cabin feels genuinely cosy with central heating, a full kitchen (electric oven, gas hob, microwave), and a living area featuring leather sofas and dining space. The kingsize bed ensures a good night's sleep, and the large ensuite shower is a welcome luxury. Netflix is loaded on the TV for quieter evenings. With WiFi, charging points and barbecue facilities all sorted, it's a snug little bolthole that punches above its weight—though at just one pitch, you'll need to book well ahead.

We had a a perfect relaxing weekend it this beautiful hut! It was so clean, and well equipped with everything we needed! The shower was lovely and the bed was super comfy!! We sat on the sofa and enjoyed looking out into the garden!! We never used the outside area as the weather wasn’t amazing but it looked lovely!! Definitely a little gem for a little getaway from the hustle of life!

10/10 I adored this cabin. Perfect for us with our 14 month old to crawl and explore (always supervised). Super cozy,very comfortable, lovely bathroom and kitchen for a small family of 3. Absolutely coming back. Thank you xxx

Fantastic views, lovely places to walk, a beautiful cabin, felt relaxed as soon as we got there. The cabin was spotless with a VERY comfortable bed, and had a the essentials you need for a self catering stay. There is a file with all the handy information and places of interest that you need, even takeaways, (they have thought of everything) The owners were the most nicest people you could meet and made us feel so welcome First time in Wales and I was not disappointed we will most definitely be back here.

Fantastic place to stay. Owners very welcoming and friendly. Great base to explore this lovely part of Wales. Would definitely stay here again. Very well kept, modern, clean and comfortable with everything you need for a self-catering break.
