Bickington sits on the eastern flank of Dartmoor, a village positioned between Newton Abbot and the moorland proper. Lemon Cottage occupies this borderland setting—close enough to town for supplies and services, far enough out to feel rural. The surrounding countryside offers walking straight from the door, and Haytor Rock lies a short drive away for a proper day on the moor. Ashburton, five minutes' drive in the other direction, has antique shops, restaurants and a bakery worth the trip.
The cottage sleeps seven across three bedrooms: a kingsize on the first floor, a double and a smaller double-single combination above. There are two bathrooms, one upstairs with a bath and shower, plus a wet room on the ground floor—useful for rinsing off after beach trips or muddy walks. Downstairs is an open-plan kitchen-dining-living space with a wood-burner, French doors onto an enclosed garden, and a breakfast bar. You get electricity, heating, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels included. One well-behaved pet stays free; there are dog beds and a utility room with a washer-dryer. The hot tub seats six and overlooks the lawned garden. Parking is private and off-road for two cars.
No smoking indoors. Arrival is after 4pm, departure before 10am. The property is entirely yours for the duration of your stay.

Really lovely little cottage. Enjoyed the hot tub and log burner. Everything was supplied that you need for a self catered short break.
