What visitors say
Lovely visit to the park today! Staff very friendly and helpful. Lovely enclosures for the animals with there welfare/ needs in mind. All the animals seemed happy and well cared for. Decent walk around the whole site. Was quiet today so animals seemed really relaxed. Lots of activities for children. Toilets at the cafe are currently under construction but lots od provisions made to make the cafe accessible and temporary toilets made available also.

Had a wonderful day out here, lovely to see the park prioritising the health of the wallabies by only allowing people to buy a limited amount of feed at certain times. Food was lovely at decent prices, I paid £13.50 for a stone baked pizza which was a good size to share between two people. The park is lovely to walk around and it’s obvious the animals are cared for. My only gripe is although the park promotes helping to save the earth by being eco friendly, not using palm oils, talks about conservation and signs talking about how animals are endangered - there’s a large and unfortunate use of generative AI imagery on almost every sign I saw across the park. Generative AI shouldn’t be used this way if at all and I find it directly counters what the park promotes and quite frankly is really disappointing to see (note photo of tiger with a tail that morphs into many paws)

We love this place. Have visited a number of times. Took our grandchildren over Easter and Anna came and spoke to them and gave them an easter egg. This time I met and fed the red pandas - an amazing experience and Sienna was so lovely answering all my questions.

Amazing day out with lots of lovely memories created with our children that you wouldn’t get in other zoos. Like feeding the wallabies and walking with lemurs and the goats. So nice to be up close to the animals and watching them in their surroundings. They don’t feel caged in at all which is lovely to see. Very happy content animals. Will definitely return every year on our annual holiday to this area.
