Birds Farm Holidays - Plover

Plover is a converted barn on Birds Farm Holidays, a small holiday complex in Elmstead Market. The building retains character while offering modern comfort: two bedrooms on the ground floor (one double, one with twin single beds), a bathroom with bath and shower, and an open-plan first floor that combines living space, dining area and kitchen. The setup works well for families or groups of four, with space to spread out without feeling cramped.

Essentials including electricity, heating, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are provided. The kitchen is properly equipped for cooking, and there's a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Upstairs, the living area has a TV and comfortable seating; the dining table seats four. Parking for two cars is available on-site, and one dog is welcome in the property.

The grounds include shared amenities: a communal garden and sitting area with barbecue, an outdoor swimming pool (9m x 4m, open May to September), and a games room.
