Birds Farm Holidays - Robin

Robin is a converted barn on the Birds Farm Holidays site near Elmstead Market. You arrive into an open-plan ground floor where the living, dining and kitchen areas flow together—a super king-size bed (convertible to two singles) is also on this level, alongside a bathroom with bath and shower. Upstairs there's a games room. The setup suits couples or friends after a straightforward base rather than multiple rooms to manage.

The kitchen has everything needed for cooking, and there's a washing machine and tumble dryer in the utility room. Wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included. One car can park on-site. A communal courtyard, garden furniture and barbecue are shared with other properties; the outdoor swimming pool (9m by 4m, varying depth) is open May to September. There's also a travel cot and highchair available if needed.

Elmstead Market offers a pub and local shops within reach. Colchester—with its castle, zoo and Roman history—is nearby, as are Dedham Vale's walking routes and Beth Chatto Gardens. The property is non-smoking, and one pet is welcome.
