Swallow is a ground-floor barn conversion that sleeps four across two bedrooms. The first has a zip-and-link bed that can be configured as a super king or split into two singles; the second has two single beds. A family with young children will find a travel cot and highchair on hand. One bathroom serves the property, with a bath and shower over. The open-plan living space contains a dining area seating four, a sitting area with Freeview Smart TV, and a kitchen with electric cooker and full-size fridge. Wi-Fi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are included.

The property sits among other holiday lets in Elmstead Market, with shared access to an outdoor swimming pool (open May to September, 9m by 4m), games room, and grounds with garden furniture. You get private parking for two cars. Dogs are welcome. The village itself has a pub, shops and walking routes nearby, and sits within reach of Colchester and Dedham Vale. Smoking is not permitted inside.
