Avon Lock Cottages - Studio

Built as a lock-keeper's cottage and recently renovated, this studio sits directly beside the River Avon in Tewkesbury. The whole place is yours alone: one bedroom with a kingsize bed, a bathroom with shower, and an open-plan living space that doubles as your kitchen. Everything you need for cooking is provided, along with a Freeview Smart TV, wifi, heating, and bed linen and towels included in your stay. There's private parking for one car and a terrace with garden furniture and a BBQ.

The building's position gives you straight access to the market town's restaurants, bars and independent shops on foot. Tewkesbury Abbey, with its Norman tower, sits within the town; the Roses Theatre is close by; and if you want to get out on the water, river cruises and activities at Croft Farm lake (sailing, swimming, paddleboarding) are a short drive away. Dogs are welcome here. Note that there is a fenced lock with deep water directly beyond the courtyard.
