Winchcombe sits in the heart of the Cotswolds, close enough to pubs, restaurants and independent shops for an easy walk into town, yet far enough out to feel genuinely quiet. The Barn Reborn occupies its own grounds here—a single storey conversion of a timber-framed structure that dates back to the 1650s, now rebuilt and furnished to modern standards while keeping period character where it matters.
One bedroom with a 6ft bed and an ensuite bathroom upstairs; downstairs, a second wet room, open-plan kitchen and living space with French doors to an enclosed garden. The kitchen has everything needed to cook properly—dishwasher, fridge, microwave—while a wood-burning stove and underfloor heating run year-round. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included. There is parking for one car on site. The property is non-smoking and not suitable for children under 12.
The conversion has paired contemporary comfort with exposed timber frames and stone; the central reception area is double-height glazing that floods the barn with light. An enclosed courtyard with garden furniture sits outside, and a bike store is available for guests exploring the wider area by cycle. Arrival is after 3pm and departure before 10am.

Beautiful building in a quiet setting. Very comfortable and the owners were most welcoming. Lots to see and do in the area which is very scenic.
