We recently stayed at this holiday park and had a wonderful experience. We arrived a day later than planned due to an emergency at home, but after phoning ahead, the reception staff were extremely understanding, helpful, and welcoming when we arrived. Our caravan was excellent—clean, tidy, comfortable, and well equipped. We especially appreciated the welcome packs, particularly the dog welcome pack, which was a lovely and thoughtful touch. The grounds were always neat, tidy, and very well maintained. One of the highlights for us was the dog agility park, where our dogs were able to run freely and have lots of fun. Every member of staff we met was friendly, professional, and polite. The reception team were especially helpful and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Thank you to all the staff for making our holiday so enjoyable. We would happily recommend this park and look forward to returning in the future.

Caravan was clean and adequate for needs. The rest of it is pretty poor. Nice outside play swim area but it’s hardly open. Indoor pool also seems to be closed permanent. I write this mid July. Information on the app is incorrect. We just had two nights here which is one full day and it happens to be the day they have a big staff meeting. So everything is closed. They should have made that clear. Food and drink not available until 12 although people appear with coffee and drinks so it’s like there’s a secret nobody tells you. Tried to discuss in the ‘welcome’ age but all the girl does is say okay in a passive aggressive manner which does nothing to make me any happier then says that’s not what she comes to work for. She still can’t tell me whether the pool opens at 1pm or 2pm and can’t be bothered to find out. Very poor experience. Update since owners responded. They reply shows that they barely bothered to read the review and that the lack of care is a top down problem. The staff were visibly complaining about the meeting stating that it was a waste of a day to have people who don’t have a clue what’s going on taking a day to tell those who do know. There were no activities to book. My annoyance is over the outdoor pool which is free and does not need booking. Regardless of the app, it could be updated to show accurate opening times, there could be a notice board and the staff could be informed. Fortunately a nearby much better venue allowed us to spend the afternoon using their facilities.

Very clean and tidy , and well maintained. The caravan we stayed in was spotless, beds made and very well presented. Great staff very friendly and helpful. It's about about a mile from the beach/ sea front but there is a lovely pub approximately half way ( worth a stop for a refreshing beverage ( beer) . Did not use the site amenities ( bars, restaurant and pool ect) as was only there for 4 nights and I'm in my 50s and my mumis in her 80s , but a lovely stay , very quite ( might not be in peak season) and relaxing .

I went in Easter break for 7 nights. Caravans are amazing(silver) ,fully equiped with all you need. Bed was really comfatable. Site is very clean and staff were friendly, helpful and polite. Food a bit pricy but was tasty. Bingo every night. I enjoyed watching the childrens entertainment seeing their little faces light up. Staff enteracted with the kids brilliantly. Not keen on no cash card only policy. Stiill it did not spoil my stay. Beach is within walking distance and local pubs too. Lidl up the road for shopping. Looking forward to my next visit in August.
