What visitors say
The new equipment and layout at the gym is so good. Has everything I need and the focus on overall training instead of more cardio machines is so refreshing. Love the added hip thrust machine too!

Visited for a show by my son's stage school show. Having been there before, I was kind of dreading it as I knew it would be very hot in there, and they run some very noisy fans. So I was delighted to discover they now have air conditioning and it was a very pleasant experience.

A new venue that has a wonderful wide stage and unique that the audience can dance without blocking the venue of people on the seats. All the staff are friendly and welcoming.
