Me and my daughter have had such a great & positive experience here. It is our 2nd time attending today and my daughter absolutely loves it. It’s been Very nice service and friendly when we’ve been. I have to give a huge thanks to the team leader as she is very well educated , lots of help and very kind throughout our visit. This is our new favourite place! See you again soon xx

We were there today, not for the first time, and always had a great experience. But today, the staff was especially great. I've seen this lady before, and she's always smiling, respectful, and caring. She provides all necessary information , today informed me about the opportunity to save some money and get a pass for 6 weeks and looks after the soft play area and always there when necessary.

We visited the play area but had an awful experience as the blond slim lady at reception did not make us feel welcome at all. She was incharge of pirate party. She kept coming to our table and just had something negative to say to us or the kids. Never once did she smile and say positive things. First time we were treated unfairly at this place. It's just a shame for that kind of service. Might not want to visit the place again.

Absolutely amazing service from the wonderful Caitlin in the play area. I am a weekly regular and I can honestly say she is amazing! I have social anxiety and Caitlin puts me at ease straight away, she is kind and reassuring and sorts any issues that arise. My daughters Absolutely love her as well as Chloe and Becky.i wouldn't go anywhere else!
