Monkroyd House

Monkroyd House is a three-bedroom farmhouse on a working farm in Wakefield, sleeping up to eight. Two bedrooms have en suites; the third contains three single beds and shares a family bathroom with bath and shower. All three are upstairs. Downstairs there is a separate dining room, a living room with a Smart TV, and a kitchen fitted for proper cooking—electric oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer included. Wi-Fi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are all covered.

The garden is the draw: large enough for a lawn, a six-person hot tub, barbecue area and garden seating. There is private parking for four cars and an electric car charging point (charged separately). A bike store is available. One dog stays free. The house does not allow smoking. Ground-floor cloakroom, travel cot and highchair are provided for families with younger children.

Pontefract and its pubs and restaurants are nearby. Guests receive a welcome pack on arrival.
