🏡 Self-Catering Cottage

Barn Owl Cottage

Opening the door to Barn Owl Cottage, you step straight into a single ground-floor space where living and dining merge. A Smart TV and DVD player sit ready for evenings in, while French doors lead out to a south-facing patio and garden—the kind of spot that catches afternoon sun. The separate kitchen has what you need to cook properly: electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Everything essential comes with your stay: electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi throughout.

The bedroom holds a zip-and-link super king bed, which splits into singles if you ask. Bathroom has a bath with shower over and a heated towel rail. Outside, you get a private driveway with parking for one car, a lawned garden with sitting furniture, and genuine quiet—the cottage sits in a small courtyard beside the owners' converted barn, surrounded by open fields. Leamington Spa is three miles away: Georgian architecture, independent shops, Jephson Gardens and the Grand Union Canal for walks. The location suits couples or solo travellers wanting countryside without being cut off. No smoking inside.

Just had a 4 night stay in this amazing lovely cottage. Very peaceful, clean, with a superb, extremely large comfy bed.Everything included for a perfect break. Easy travelling to many destinations but ideal base set in a rural setting. Host very pleasant and respects your privacy but is on hand should you need anything.Highly recommended and wouldn't hesitate to return sometime.
