An 18th-century oast house converted for holiday use, Mousehall Oast stands in the High Weald landscape near Tidebrook, surrounded by woodland, hedgerows and vineyards. The building retains its historic character while offering three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, each with a shower and heated towel rail. One bedroom has a kingsize bed; the other two have twin singles. All three rooms are on the ground and first floors, with space for six guests overall.
The open-plan ground floor combines living, dining and kitchen areas, with patio doors onto the garden. You can cook properly here—there's an electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher and microwave, plus a wine cooler if you've brought supplies from the vineyard next door. A woodburner heats the main room, and the essentials like electricity, heating, wi-fi, bed linen and towels are all covered. Out back there's a patio, garden furniture and a six-person hot tub.
The surrounding countryside suits walking and exploring rural Sussex; London is roughly an hour away by train. The property is for adults only.
