Down Studio

Down Studio is a self-contained annexe on a single level, separate from the owner's adjacent Georgian property. The open-plan living space combines a sitting area with dining zone and fully fitted kitchen, where you'll find an electric oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and washer-dryer. A double bedroom and shower room complete the layout. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and electricity are all included, and there's parking on site.

For two people, the space comfortably accommodates a dinner table that seats four, making it possible to entertain if you want company. The village of Frant is nearby for everyday supplies, while Tunbridge Wells sits ten minutes' drive north with restaurants and evening options. Beyond that lie the Wealden countryside, gardens and historical sites worth exploring. The studio is accessed via three steps to the front door. No smoking is permitted inside.
