Wemyss Bay Beach

Was lovely to spend time with my family. Managed to get into our caravan at 3pm. Pricing for food in the restaurant was pricey for what was there so we went to the chippy down opposite the train station. Caravan was nice but we had to phone reception as a couple things were missing e.g. hair dryer, cutlery and brush & pan. But they did bring these up within 2 hours of telephoning. Parking space outside the caravan. Swimming was great as I asked the lifeguards when it would be quieter for SEN kid. They said 4pm so we went and it was had the full baby pool to ourself. Chanced it by asking if we could extend our stay we noticed by asking reception it was more expensive than booking online. So we went for the online option and managed to get a small caravan. Saved £100 of a difference. Second caravan was nice but same again missing a couple things e.g. bedding for sofa bed, frying pan ect. But managed to get these after a while as the park was very busy. Did try texting the park the things we were missing but it seemed they didn't get it so had to phone out of hours. Lovely views from both caravans. Would definitely do the 7days next time.

Quality place that I will definitely be visiting again. Staff are all friendly and very accommodating also all facilities on site were great and easily accessable. Cabins were spotless and fully equiped with anything that may be needed. There was also good toilet roll provided which is rare and appreciated. I'm sure I will be visiting again very soon.

We are just back from our stay here We booked a gold caravan for 6 of us paying £520 for 3 nights with outside decking The gold is the photo you can see and the other photos are what we got given The washing machine was broken The WiFi didn’t work on the tv for the kids Couldn’t sit down on the toilet without the seat coming away Someone had punched a hole in the wall Honestly it was a disgrace! When I went to say to them they had no where to move us but told us we could enquire about compensation I spoke the following morning and they said they had a caravan to move us I got there and there was no decking and my dad wanted to sit outside hence why we payed for decking She then offered us another one that her words “smelled like pee but I can go and look at it” it also only had 2 rooms so again was too small for our party We had kids with us so tried to make the most of our stay and spoke to the girls this morning and their words were “we tried to sort it for you but it wasn’t good enough” Which is a wild statement to make considering we would lose a room or the decking We stayed at waterside 6 My dad wanted to have a look at the park as he’s looking to buy a caravan as my neighbour has one in the park Needless to say he won’t be purchasing

Great place for families or couples or just yourself to chill out, plenty to do and see for everyone, great places to eat and drink with entertainment off sorts for all age's, get yourself down to it you won't be disappointed
