Milton Combe is a quiet conservation village set between Tavistock and Plymouth, ringed by the Tamar Valley's designated landscape. Dartmoor National Park rises nearby, and footpaths begin at the cottage gate—serious walkers can head straight onto the moor, while gentler routes thread through the surrounding countryside. The village itself is sparse and rural; the pub is a short walk away, and the nearest shops sit a mile or so off.
Annie's Cottage is a mid-terraced house on one level from the street. Downstairs, a combined living and dining space centers on a woodburner; the kitchen is fitted with an electric cooker, dishwasher and microwave. Upstairs is a bedroom with a zip-and-link bed (convertible to two singles if needed) and a shower room. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are included, along with initial logs for the fire. There is parking for one car on site. One dog is welcome at no extra cost. No smoking inside.
The cottage suits couples or solo guests looking for a rural base—walkers especially. Tavistock and Plymouth are nearby for days out, as is Morwellham Quay. A patio and small garden lie opposite the property.
