Priory Barn

Priory Barn is a converted barn with three bedrooms and three en-suite bathrooms, sleeping seven across ground and first floors. The main bedroom has a king bed; the other two each contain a double and one also has a single. All three rooms have Freeview TV. Downstairs, the living room centres on a stone fireplace with wood burner, and there's a separate kitchen-dining room fitted with an electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher and fridge. A utility room houses the washing machine and freezer. The property has its own parking for three cars and a patio with seating at the back.

The barn retains period features—original beams, exposed stone, a substantial barn door, cartwheel windows upstairs and a galleried landing. Heating is gas central, and the essentials (electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi) are included, along with initial fuel for the wood burner. The setting is countryside village, though a pub lies within a mile's walk. Burscough, roughly two miles away, has shops and a waterside arts venue; Ormskirk is ten minutes by car. No smoking inside.
