Limber Wold House

Limber Wold House opens into a ground floor where the living room centres on a woodburner, with the kitchen and dining space flowing through to a utility room. Upstairs are four bedrooms—a super king with its own ensuite, two kings, and a double—served by a family bathroom with both bath and shower. The property sleeps eight and comes with essentials like bed linen, towels and wi-fi; heating is oil-fired, and initial fuel for the burner is provided.

The kitchen is properly equipped for self-catering, with electric oven and hob, a range cooker, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. There's a washing machine and tumble dryer in the utility. An enclosed front garden with patio and seating overlooks open countryside on the edge of a working farm; parking for five cars is on site. One dog is welcome to stay free of charge and must be kept on leads. Travel cots, highchairs and stairgates are available on request.

The house sits within walking distance of woodland paths and a few miles from both the Lincolnshire Wolds and Cleethorpes. Market Rasen Racecourse is fifteen minutes' drive; Lincoln cathedral city roughly forty minutes. The coast is fourteen miles away. A shop, pub and restaurant lie two miles off. No smoking inside.
