Eco Chic Cottages - The Chestnuts

The Chestnuts is a fully equipped four-bedroom cottage in the village of Shilton, near Burford. Everything needed for a self-catering stay is provided: electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wifi are all included. The kitchen has an induction hob, electric oven, two fridges, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and microwave, so you can cook properly or keep things simple. There's a wood burner in the living room with initial fuel supplied, and an electric car charging point if you need it.

The layout gives plenty of space to spread out. Downstairs holds a main sitting room with smart TV, a second living room, a library with TV and blackout blinds, dining room with French doors to the garden, and a separate kitchen. The four bedrooms upstairs include two kingsize and two double beds, served by three bathrooms. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are available if needed. The back garden has seating and a barbecue. You have private parking for one car, with additional on-road parking nearby. The Rose & Crown pub is across the road in the village. There are steep stairs in the property and CCTV cameras on site.
