What visitors say
I stayed at this campsite for two nights at the weekend. I used EHU and you only pay for what you use. You have to pay for the electricity card for £25 upfront but you get refunded for what you don't use. The showers are great and hot. You pay £5 refundable deposit for a token that you reuse. The showers lasts so long but you can keep putting the token back in if needed to restart it. However, I have long hair and managed to wash my hair and fully shower without having to restart it. The facilities are kept clean and tidy at all times. It has a great area to walk your dog/s. Paths mowed out in a large field. There are a mass of rabbits that come out late evening and we even saw a mother Duck with her ducklings❤ I've booked to go back. If you're lucky, you'll get to meet the parrot that lives with his human and you can enjoy being wolf whistled the whole time😉

Fantastic get away.. Jackie is a lovely lady, shes so friendly and helpful. Was our 1st stay at waterfront country park and it wont be our last. So peaceful and clean We enjoyed walking around the area, visiting the pubs and most of all having some chill out time!

Lovely heated floor in the toilets which are also very clean. Worked on a token system for the showers and the electric is charged in advance but seemed a fair rate. Very flat and well maintained. Helpful warden. Walks and cycling along the canal.

Good touring site, good size pitches, 8m motorhome no problem. Staff very friendly and helpful. Facilities a bit dated, but clean and everything there u need. Shower token required by paying deposit, but is not a problem turned when you return token, same as electric. Cheap beer in taught club across the road and the pub at the entrance of the campsite, they do food but did not eat there. We ate in the white hart in the village which was very nice. Good handy touring site 40 mins from home.
