The owner will do his utmost to ensure that it is ready however, due to the maintenance required during each changeover, there is a chance it may not be.Three bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x ground-floor double, 1 x single. Ground-floor bathroom with roll top bath, hand held shower, separate walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Kitchen/diner with woodburning stove. First-floor sitting room.
