Pebble House stands thirty seconds from the beach at Goring-by-Sea, a stretch of West Sussex coast where pebbles meet fishing boats and beach huts. The town house is yours alone, sleeping six across three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with parking on site and wifi included throughout. One dog can stay at no extra cost.
The ground floor holds a fully equipped kitchen—oven, hob, dishwasher, washer-dryer—opening into a spacious living and dining room with Freeview. Bedroom three offers a single bed; a patio to the rear has a picnic bench and barbecue. Upstairs, the main bedroom features a double bed, an en-suite shower, and French doors to a Juliet balcony with sea glimpses. The second bedroom contains bunk beds and a pull-out single; the family bathroom has a bath and toilet. Bed linen and towels are provided, and a travel cot and high chair are available on request. The house is non-smoking.
This location suits families and groups wanting immediate beach access without the noise of central Worthing, which lies just west. The promenade runs eastward toward Shoreham and Brighton. Goring-by-Sea Greensward, a large grass recreation ground, is a few minutes' walk away.

We stayed at this lovely house in December 2021 and enjoyed every minute. The house was warm and welcoming, very well equipped with every cupboard in the kitchen labeled. The living room/dining room was comfortable with plenty of seating. Upstairs the en suite bedroom was lovely with a view of the sea from the small balcony attached to the room. Shower room was clean with a large shower cubicle. We feel that the house is well situated being only 30 seconds walk from the beach where we enjoyed daily walks along the sea front. All in all we thought this an excellent place to be. We will be returning.

Excellent location over the road from the beach in a pleasant area. About 20 mins walk along the promenade to the centre of Worthing which is a lovely town. The house itself is well equipped and spacious with everything you need for a holiday, we were even left a pint of milk and biscuits. Small improvements would be access to a vacuum cleaner and a few more towels to use (the washer/dryer takes a long time and it rained most of our stay!) Overall I would recommend to anyone wanting to visit the area and it only takes 35 minutes to get to Brighton for a day trip. Hopefully next time we come the weather will be kinder!

Lovely little cottage accommodation close to town and only a stone's throw from the beach. Dog friendly too. Small outside space out the back too.

We have enjoyed a very comfortable two week stay at Pebble House. It was spotlessly clean on arrival. Emma, the housekeeper dealt promptly with two minor issues. The location of the house is perfect for walks along the sea front, with a lovely beach cafe 15 minutes walk away. The neighbours are very friendly and the outside area is a lovely suntrap.
