This place is awesome. Tucked away in forest surroundings how nature is truly beat enjoyed. It's fun for everyone of every age and every type. We chose one of the quieter spots but even the busy spots are super quiet. For the kids there are awesome activities from the rope swing to building a tree house and a fort. For those older you can enjoy a quiet weekend camping or a great time with friends and or family. This has to be one of my favourite camping sites.

Stayed for the long Bank Holiday weekend with friends Amazing site, camping in the woods, with fire allowed! Their fire pits are brilliant, best we came accross in our 10years. The site was busy but because of the space& trees you don't feel crammed. Great toilets, shower and washing up area. Thoughtful owners. Lots to do both on and off site. Would definitely recommend

We had the most amazing weekend here with friends, can’t thank the team enough. It is a wonderful space in nature and such a fab campsite with incredible amenities. We stayed in the bell tents and they were very well maintained and very spacious! Such a great location and the communication was great with the Fox Wood team. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a lovely weekend away from the busy city with friends or family in a great space. We will be back 100%, can’t wait for our next stay! :)

When we booked, we were provided with all the essential information you need to know about the campsite, the rules, what to bring etc to make it an excellent experience. We stayed in a bell tent, with its own parking space, away from the washing facilities but the closest to access them. At night, the path to the toilets was lit up by cute fairy lights. The toilets block was cleaned several times a day, I've never seen toilets in any other place this clean. Catering for small children too, with each cubicle having a small seat available. Powerful showers and indoor/outdoor washing up area had plenty of hot water at all times. Our tent was spacious, clean and with very comfortable beds. Outdoor area featured storage unit for our food and cooking equipment, a dining table and ample seating under cover. We loved the campfire for which the site shop provided wood and little treats. Our boys had fun on a swing and slide and we enjoyed the walks we took just outside the campsite. All staff were very friendly and made us feel really welcome. Our thanks to all of them for making our stay perfect!
