After many years of not being able to swim owing to fractured vertebrae I finally discovered the Friday morning ladies exercise class ....and how refreshing was that ! It's great to be in the water again actually feeling like I'm doing some work ! Buffy and Angela who lead the classes make it all so much fun and are absolutely brilliant at making the classes so inclusive ..one of them will always be in the water to help out with support and advice on how to tweak the exercise slightly if needed. I genuinely get such a buzz from these classes and really look forward to my Friday morning dip ! Thank you so much 🙂

Great pool with a retractable roof - used when there was lane swimming on a weekday evening 6 - 8 pm - cost £4 for an adult -m separate male and female changing rooms - showers on the outside of building - pay as you enter- session is lifeguarded - 3 lanes slow, medium and fast - steps at either end - pool is 20 metres long Open from April to September each year - check hours and opening, along with sessions before you go Great asset and staff are friendly

Hired for an hour for my 64th birthday! My adult childten and grandchildren absolutely loved it. The staff are pleasant and very professional

A lovely pool with a retractable roof and a proper deep end (approx 2.8m). Great for families and adult lane swimming too. Private bookings are very affordable!
