Newcastle Lodge

Newcastle Lodge is a single-storey semi-detached property in Cleveleys, just over a mile from the seafront. Everything happens on one level: three bedrooms (one with a zip-and-link kingsize, one with a double, one a sofa bed), a bathroom with both bath and walk-in shower, plus living and dining rooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The property sleeps up to six and comes with essentials like bed linen, towels and wi-fi included.

The real draw here is the tram. From Cleveleys seafront you can ride it to Fleetwood's outlet village in one direction or towards Blackpool's Pleasure Beach, Tower and Sandcastle in the other. The town itself has shops, cafés and restaurants within easy reach. If you prefer quieter surroundings, Lytham St Annes lies a short drive away, or head inland to the countryside. Families with young children will find a travel cot and highchair available. Parking for two cars is on site, and there's an enclosed rear garden with seating. The bungalow is non-smoking, and one pet is welcome.
