West Boundary Farm Cottage 2 is one of two converted farm cottages down a private lane near Pilling, with direct access to 10 acres of grounds that include two fishing lakes available to guests at no extra cost. The cottage sleeps four across two bedrooms—a double and two singles—each with its own shower room. Downstairs there's a living room with Freeview TV and DVD player, plus a kitchen/dining room with electric cooker, microwave, washing machine and fridge. Oil heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are all included; the sister cottage next door can be booked separately or together for larger parties.

The property has a patio, garden furniture and an enclosed lawn (shared with the neighbouring cottage). Two parking spaces sit on-site, and dogs stay free. The location works both as a base for the Lancashire coast—Blackpool, Lytham St Annes and Fleetwood are within easy reach—or for heading inland to the Trough of Bowland, Lake District and Yorkshire Dales. A shop and pub are half a mile away; restaurants start at three miles. Note that there is a lake within the grounds, roughly 800 yards from the cottage.
