Rural Aberdeenshire spreads around Benwells Holiday Cottage in a setting where the landscape opens out towards the north-east coast. The cabin itself is newly refurbished and sits on private grounds with parking for three cars, a garden with seating, and a hot tub. It sleeps six across three bedrooms: a double, a zip-and-link pair of singles, and a set of bunks. There are two bathrooms—one with a bath and one with a walk-in shower.
Everything is on the ground floor. The kitchen has an electric oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher; the living room has a smart TV and electric fire. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are all included. The cottage is non-smoking.
Maud village, five minutes away by car, has cafes, a shop, play park and gym. Beyond that, the region rewards exploration: Fraserburgh and Peterhead's harbours, castle grounds, country parks and golf courses all sit within reasonable reach. The old Formartine and Buchan Railway Line—now a cycle track with connected paths—runs nearby, its hub at Maud Railway Museum two miles away. The north-east's fishing and whisky heritage is woven through the landscape all around.

Beautiful house! We had a birthday and notified the owners of this and got banners. Owners were really nice as well. Gorgeous house with large windowsills.
