Glensaugh Lodge Apartment occupies a two-storey wing of a period farmhouse on a working farm, where the landscape meets the edge of the Grampian Mountains. You arrive to find the main living space on the first floor: an open-plan kitchen and dining area that connects to a comfortable sitting room with Freeview TV, DVD player and radio. Two king and two single bedrooms are split across both levels—one single on the ground floor, the other two upstairs—with a family bathroom between them. A single bedroom on the ground floor gives flexibility for a fifth guest or a younger child's own space. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are all included; the biomass central heating keeps the place warm year-round.

The apartment suits walkers and cyclists who want to explore the surrounding countryside from their doorstep. The grounds include a shared garden with productive kitchen beds and a mix of trees and shrubs, plus a shed for storing bikes and gear. The working farm means one dog is welcome if kept on a lead.
