About Y Grange
Y Grange has the feel of a proper country house turned B&B, a substantial property in Ceredigion with room enough to include a games room and garden alongside its guest bedrooms. It sits within reach of Aberystwyth and close to the Vale of Rheidol Railway, making it a good base for exploring the surrounding countryside without being in the thick of the town itself.
Rooms are en-suite and family-friendly, with kids' meals and drinks available in room, and breakfast included to start the day. Free WiFi, 24 hour reception, laundry service and luggage storage cover the practical side of a stay, while the garden and games room give guests space to relax outdoors or in. Pets are welcome, and free on-site parking makes arriving by car straightforward.
There's a pub, restaurant and eatery all nearby for evening meals, along with fishing and walking country close at hand for those wanting to fill their days outdoors. It's a solid, well-equipped option for families or anyone wanting a countryside stay within striking distance of Aberystwyth.
What guests say
We are glad to have stopped at this place. The warm welcome, cleanliness, good internet, large room, and pleasant interior made us feel at home. Our daughter was delighted with the music box and car in the hallway. The breakfast was delicious, fresh, and very large. The hosts were friendly and very caring. We will definitely come back. Thank you so much!

Lovely cosy place to stay. Nice and clean. A bit far away from everything but ideal if you want somewhere secluded to stay. The couple who run the place were very friendly and the breakfast was delicious.

Laurel and Dilwyn are so lovely. We booked two rooms for our stay (one which our dogs stayed in with our daughters). The accommodation was stylish, comfortable and super clean. We had a welcome pot of tea after a long journey. Breakfast was superb. Thank you both so much. See you soon hopefully Loretta Fraser
