Amber Valley sits at the heart of the Derbyshire uplands, close enough to Matlock Bath for an afternoon out yet far enough into the countryside to feel properly removed. Holly Bank is a detached farmhouse positioned above the wooded Derwent Valley, with the National Tramway Museum within walking distance and fine paths leading straight from the property into open country. The whole place is yours alone, sleeping four across two bedrooms—a double on the first floor and two singles in the second—plus a bathroom with shower over the bath. Downstairs, a living room with sofa bed opens to a kitchen equipped for proper cooking: electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and microwave all present. Laundry facilities and WiFi are included.
The garden is substantial, with a patio area and picnic table, and you can park three cars on site. A pub sits within a mile, and the village has shops for basics. Essentials like bed linen, towels and heating are covered. The property does not permit smoking. From here, Chatsworth, Dovedale and the limestone dales of the Peak are within reach, and Matlock Bath is under fifteen minutes away by car.
