A five star site indeed! We wanted somewhere small, child friendly and quiet. Minfordd was perfect. Upon arriving at Minfordd you can see that the grounds are immaculately kept. Lots of potted flowers and trees making it lovely. The site is adorably small with only 10 caravans so it is lovely and quiet. It was absolutely perfect for our young children (6 and 4) with the little play park being just right for them having a slide and sand pit. Being able to use the paddock field was fabulous, we played football, rugby, catch and even flew small kites! An environmental 'wild' area was a nice touch seeing the natural plants and such with all the bees and butterflys. We even saw a few rabbits and a red squirrel! The caravan was absolutely lovely, it was well looked after and felt brand new. It was extremely well cleaned with just enough storage for a couple of weeks away. The kitchen had all the equipment and utensils that you need, the lounge had a few homely touches and the decor was warm and relaxing. The caravans are nicely spaced out with picnic bench and parking space. Mike greated us on arrival and was friendly and welcoming, the milk and bara brith was a lovely touch. 'Phil the mill' working on site was very knowledgeable about the local area, what is on and friendly. We would definitely come again!

Nice clean and well kept site. Half of the caravans are privately owned so you feel like you have to keep the noise down when the kids are playing. Stayed in a brand new caravan though nothing about it shouted that it was. Site suited to couples who want quiet, not families.

Lovely Clean Site, only problem was Road Noise from early hours in a morning usually from about 4am! That said would visit again, beautiful Caravan although Check in is quite late and Check Out really early - due to extra Cleaning because of Covid which is fully understandable. The only other thing I would do is to take my own pillow which is a personal choice as I found the pillows hard and uncomfortable. Mike made us feel really welcome and is a lovely friendly Man. Complimentary Welsh Loaf was so delicious. Thank you.
