Enjoyed a very relaxing lunch. Food choice is varied but not extensive. Freshly cooked well presented and very tasty. Staff are very friendly. After lunch shopped in their well stocked farm shop, deli and clothes store before wandering off to see the deer, donkeys, turkeys and other farmyard animals. Spent a very enjoyable afternoon at the farm.

Honestly found this place by accident. We were hiking the reeckie linn waterfall and saw a sign for it and needed to use the restroom. It turned out to be a wonderful, homie, friendly place with a great cafe, ice cream, baked goods/dessert, and a huge gift and clothing shop! Highly recommend! And they had a cool peacock!

A lovely little farm shop and cafe, perfect for stopping by after a walk with the kids. We had a delicious, fresh lunch - special mention for the kids meals which were perfect for them. We also went on the short walk to see the animals which was lovely. The gift shop is also worth visiting with lots of items from nearby places. Definitely worth a stop if you are in the area!

What a find! We were in Angus for a few days and googled local cafes. Peel Farm popped up and looked good with the added bonus of a gift shop. It certainly didn't disappoint. The cafe interior was lovely with a cosy vibe. Service was friendly and helpful. We ordered coffees, a fruit scone, herby lentil soup and a cheese scone. The very generous bowl of soup looked good and tasted delicious. The scone was excellent too - nice and cheesy. The fruit scone was heaven on a plate and served with lovely raspberry & rhubarb jam. The coffees were of the same high standard and there were no quibbles when I asked for a pot of hot water. The separate shop had a fantastic range of lovely gifts and cards - well worth a visit. For kids there is a free nature trail with various farm animals and a herd of deer. There's a duck pond across the road and you can buy duck food in the shop for 50p. Highly recommended.
